Alexander Eustace, male infant, age about one year, child of a farmer, died at Ballinascorney, County Dublin, on January 15, 1880, of scarletina (23 days), uncertified. John (his X mark) Eustace of Ballinascorney was present at the death which was registered in Tallaght District, South Dublin Union, County Dublin on January 23, 1880; J.L. Lawlor, Registrar.

Note: Alexander Eustace son of Alexander Eustace and Anne Jones of Ballinascorney, County Dublin was born 11 May 1878, and baptized Bohernabreena, County Dublin. The baptismal record gives his birth as 15 April, 1878;

2. Bridget Eustace,                 2Q       6          Kilrush                        4          261

Bridget, daughter of Patrick Eustace, a farmer, and Marie Eustace of Breaffa, Kilrush, County Clare was born 17 July 1874. She died in Breaffa on April 2, 1880 of pneumonia.  Her mother was present at her death.

James Eustace, age 22, of Charles Street, Tullamore, County Offaly, died 30 May 1880 at Tullamore, King’s County. James was born in about 1858.

Mary Eustace, the daughter of John Eustace and Margaret Price of Cahermurphy, died of phthisis on August 7, 1880.  Margaret Eustace was present at her daughter’s death.

Mary Eustace, widow, age about 61 years, died on October 12, 1880 at Raheevarren, Newbawn, County Wexford, Dublin of bronchitis and heart disease (three days). Patrick Eustace of Rathvarren was present at the death which was registered October 18, 1880 in the District of Carrickbyrne, New Ross Union, County Wexford.

Mary Eustace, child of a house painter, age about 2 years, died on November 23, 1880 at Chord Road, Drogheda, of pertussis (three months), certified. Peter Eustace of Chord Road was present at the death which was registered November 26, 1880 in the District of St. Peter’s No. 1, Drogheda Union, County Louth; B.T. Connolly, Deputy Registrar.

Patrick Eustace, pensioner, a bachelor, died at the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham, from bronchitis and debility (for several years) on April 5, 1880.  Isabella Carter of the Royal Hospital was present at his death which was registered April 13, 1880.

Patrick Eustace, a thirty two year old bottle blower, from Henrietta Street, Dublin died 14 December 1880 at Hardwicke Hospital, North Dublin city of typhus, 4 days, uncertified. Mary Anne (her X mark) Walsh of Hardwicke Hospital was present at the death which was registered 21 December 1880, W.D. White, Registrar.
Note: Patrick Eustace was born about 1848.

 

11. Richard Eustace,                          2Q       1          Dublin, North              2          486

Richard Eustace, a one year old child of a dyer, died at 6 Besboro Avenue, Dublin, from convulsions (twenty minutes), uncertified, no medical attendant present, on April 13, 1880.  Clara (her X mark) Walpole of 6 Besboro Avenue was present at his death which was registered April 14, 1880.

Thomas Eustace, male infant, age 11 months, child of a clerk, died at 9 Queen Street, Dublin, on March 29, 1880, of hydrocephalus (two months), uncertified. Ellen Eustace of 9 Queen Street was present at the death which was registered in District No. 3, North City, North Dublin Union, County and City of Dublin on April 2, 1880; W.D. White, Deputy Registrar.

was baptized 18 April 1879 at St. Catherine’s Church (R.C.) by Father O’Reilly. The baptismal sponsor was Margaret Leddy.

Thomas Eustace, Married, age about 30 years old, occupation Clerk, died of Pulmonary Consumption lasting several months (uncertified) on 4 August 1880 at 9 Queen Street, Dublin North. Ellen Eustace was present at the death at 9 Queen Street which was registered 18 August 1880; A. Speedy, Registrar.

 

14. (male) Eustace,                             3Q       0          Dublin, South              2          571

An unnamed male Eustace infant, age about 22 days, died of thrush, a fortnight, (uncertified) on June 22, 1880 at 1 Trinity Street, Dublin. W. Fraser was present at the death at 1 Trinity Street which was registered July 2, 1880; J. Ryan, Registrar.

Note: The unnamed male child was born 31 May, 1880 at Rotunda Hospital to Hardy Eustace; clerk and Harriet Frazer of 1 Trinity Street, Dublin North.
