Note: Anna Eustace, nee Duckett,
was born about 1826. She was the daughter of John Dawson Duckett
of Duckett’s Grove, County Carlow. She married Captain Hardy
Eustace, J.P; of Castlemore and Hardymount on September 11,
1856. Their eldest son John James Hardy Rowland Eustace assumed
the name Duckett name in compliance with the will of his uncle
William Duckett, who died in 1908. He became known as Eustace-Duckett.
Under the terms of the will, his wife Maria Georgina Duckett had
the right to continue in occupation of the Duckett’s Grove
mansion until her death and she was to be paid a yearly income
of 4,000 Pounds.

registered January 19, 1892.

Eustace and Mary Murphy was born at Shankhill in March 1861 and
baptized 31 March 1861; his sponsors were Alexander Eustace and
Judith Kelly. Ellen Eustace, his sister present at his death was
born at Ballyfolan and baptized 30 March 1874; her sponsors
Christopher Kelly and Brigid Kelly.

Bridget (her X mark) Eustace, his daughter was present at the
death which was registered 11 April 1892. John Eustace was born
about 1813.

Julia Eustace;
age about 80 years; (born about 1812); spinster; died 17 October
1892 at Ballinascorney, County Dublin; she was accidentally
killed when part of the house roof fell on her. The death was
registered on 17 November 1892. The informant was H. Harty,
Coroner, County Dublin.
Notes: Julia was most likely the
daughter of Alexander Eustace and Mary Mason of Ballinascorney,
County Dublin.

25 June, 1892. Margaret Eustace was born about 1818.

not married; Roman Catholic, was a school teacher living at
Chapel Lane, Balbriggan in 1901. Roseanne Eustace, age 64,
unmarried, ex-national school teacher, was living at Balbriggan
urban in 1911 with her cousin Michael White, unmarried, age 68,
retired from the liquor business.

December 9, 1872 at Brideswell Road, Clondalkin.
