John Eustace, a bookbinder age about sixty-three, died January 31, 1921 of heart degeneration and was in a coma three days, (certified). {Margaret} Queenie Couch, his daughter was present at the death that was recorded February 1, 1921 at Waterford Urban No. 1, Union and County of Waterford.
Note: John Eustace, son of Patrick Eustace, egg packer and ______, was born about 1858. John Eustace married Mary Anne Nesbit on January 8, 1872 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral (Church of Ireland), Waterford. Margaret Eustace; daughter of John Eustace, a bookbinder, married Stanley Arthur Couch, full age bachelor, who was a gunner in the R.F.A on November 8, 1911 at the Cathedral of Holy Trinity (Church of Ireland), Waterford.

James Eustace of Rathsaran, a widowed farmer, age about seventy-six, died June 7,, 1921 of old age and debility, (two weeks), no medical attendant present. Edward (his X mark) McEvoy of Rathsaran was present at the death that was recorded June 10, 1921 at Borris in Ossory District, Roscrea Union, Queens County; Martin Kennedy, Regisrar.
Note: James Eustace was born about 1845.

Joseph Eustace an agent of Seaforth, Dalkey, married, age about sixty-one, died April 21, 1921 of dilation of the heart and cerebral thrombosis, certified. L.C. Fleming of 3 Victoria Terrace, Terenure, Dublin was present at the death that was recorded April 22, 1921 at Killiney District, Rathdown Union, County Dublin; William Quicke, Assistant Registrar.
Note: Joseph Eustace was born about 1860.

Rowland Hugh, son of John James Hardy Eustace-Duckett and Gertrude Amelia Heber-Percy of Castlemore and Hardymount, County Carlow, was born in 1903 and died in second quarter 1921 at age eighteen years.

Walsh, Assistant Registrar.

Mary Eustace of 5 Hutton’s Place, Dublin, a spinster, age about 82 years, occupation servant, died August 1, 1921 of mitral systolic murmur and cardiac failure, certified.  Mary McGuane, inmate at the Royal Dublin Lunatic Asylum was present at the death which was registered August 4, 1921 at District No. 3, North City, Dublin Union, County Dublin; M.S. Walsh, Assistant Registrar.
Note: Mary Eustace was born about 1839.

Mary Margaret Eustace of 22 Temple Street, Dublin, a female child, age about four months and three weeks, died August 9, 1921 of gastro enteritis and convulsions, certified.  William Eustace, her father of 22 Temple Street, Dublin was present at the death which was registered August 10, 1921 at District North City West, Dublin Union, County Dublin; P.D. Dolan, Registrar.
