Eustace married Honor Cunningham on 1st March 1835 at Tubberclaire, Westmeath. The sponsors at the wedding
were Patrick Malone and Ann Kenny. Tubberclaire
is a small village situated in rural County Westmeath,
9 km (6 mi) from Athlone, and 2 km (1.2 mi) north of Glassan near the Longford border a few miles south of
Ballymahon, Shrule Parish. This suggests a possible connection with Eustace
families in Shrule and Collum Parishes in County Longford;
(Note that Patrick Eustace married Catherine Cunningham of Collum,
County Longford during the 1820's).
